Welcome to Montemar Estates. we do not do or have anything to do with timeshare I have received many emails from people asking me about timeshare as they have been contacted by companies with a similar name to mine
please check out that these companies are registered and have a company address, before you commit to giving them any money which could cost you a lot more than a simple flight, why not ask them if they are a serious company to fly you to their office and then you will pay.
If they say we have buyers for your timeshare then great you will fly to them and sell the timeshare and then pay them a commission, I can't see why anyone would pay someone up front money to sell your property if you do then you are just looking for trouble
as so many of you have contacted me about selling your timeshare and about other companies using our website name to sell timeshare all i can say is please do some research it doesn't take much to make a few calls and ask the right questions,

where are you based
* is your company registered can they send you proof
* what is your address so we can come and see you
* can i have your full name and contact numbers including a mobile number
* everyone have friends everywhere have a friend to go see their office and speak to them personally
* who is the owner of the company, do you have their full contact details
* say you will have a lawyer contact them for the transfer of the money they requested, if you really want to give them money have a backup plan in case you need to reverse the transfer
